Your export document notification has been rejected by customs with error code 92. This stands for: ‘MRN incorrect status at customs before arrival at terminal'. The customs system sends this error message if an arrival has previously been notified for this document number.

Deleting export document notification
Customs may indicate that a new document must be created or that you may use the emergency procedure. If a new document needs to be submitted , you must first delete the rejected document notification in Notification Export Documentation. The rejected export document notification can, if necessary, be deleted from Portbase by the company which registered the notification.
In the service Notification Export Documentation, the document number must be entered in the search filter. Please make sure the ‘from’ date is also changed to the date that the document was registered. You can then click on the underlined document number in the record that comes up. The notification will then open and you can choose ‘delete shipment' at the bottom left.
We do recommend that you also contact the terminal in question to inform them that the rejected document has been deleted from Portbase and that a new document has been or will be registered.
