Who can make changes once a shipment has received a successful arrival notification from Customs?

If a shipment has received a successful arrival notification, only the terminal can make changes in the service ‘Notification Export Documentation’.

• In the main screen, search for the pre-notification in the service ‘Notification Export Documentation’.

• Select ‘Document Number,’ a new screen will open.
• Add transport equipment with the same booking number. Save the changes.

It is now possible to adjust the pre-notification as desired. Complete removal of the pre-notification is not possible. In this situation, dummy/fictitious numbers can be used.
