With the free service User Management you as a company manage the access to the services you purchase in the Port Community System (PCS). Your user list is easily kept up to date. This keeps you ahead of potential security and commercial risks. With User Management you can easily access the PCS:
· Add, remove (and deactivate) users per service
· Add and edit user groups
· Modify company data
How can I add one or more users?
Users are automatically added to the PCS the first time they log in using IAMconnected. As the administrator, you then grant access to the appropriate services in User Management.
User Management: I can’t see services under ‘My Services’
The user administrator did not add you yet to the user group(s). Please contact your user administrator. If you don't know who this is please contact our Customer Service.
