The discharge confirmation is sent by the (container) Terminal. You only see the discharge confirmation for container terminals that support this. There is no overview available of which terminals can or cannot support this data.
Within Cargo Controller Import, the Status of the discharge confirmation is also shared in the container screen. For some terminals, this information is only shared under certain conditions, such as at ECT with a free MyTerminal subscription (Premium Terminal Data).
