The ETA/ETD information shown in the Dienst comes from the Reederei. The information becomes visible when the loading list is available.
We regularly hear that the preference is for ETA/ETD information from the Terminal. Unfortunately, Portbase is currently not permitted to show this information in Track & Trace Export.
