As an agent or cargo agent, you are responsible for presenting the cargo for an inspection. Through the Inspection Portal, the terminal can also be informed about the inspection so that cargo can be blocked and released (automatically). This means that in many cases, you do not need to have additional communication with the terminal.
In the overview below, you can see per terminal whether they use a system interface (no additional communication needed) or if you need to contact the terminal yourself.
