Has your pre-notification been stuck on ‘Sent’ for more than about 30 minutes? First, check the Portbase Status Page. There you can see whether a disruption has been reported.
You can also subscribe to updates on the Status Page. This way, you will automatically receive notifications about incidents in our systems.
If no official disruption has been reported, one of the following situations may apply:
- Communication between Portbase and the terminal is delayed.
- Communication between the terminal and Portbase is delayed.
- There is an issue with your specific pre-notification.
- There may be an incident that has not yet been identified.
Please contact Customer Service. They will review what is going on and, if necessary, forward the issue to the right team.
If it later turns out to be an official disruption, we will post an update about it on the Portbase Status Page.
