How do I enter trailers or vehicles in Notification Export Documentation?

Follow these guidelines when entering the Transport equipment ID:

  • Accompanied transport: the registration number of the towing unit (without hyphens, enter NL-AB-99 as NLAB99).
  • Trailers (unaccompanied): the trailer number as shown on the trailer.
  • Other vehicles: the chassis number (VIN number).
