Error message “Transport equipment ‘x’ contains export consignments from another forwarder” in Notification Export Documentation

This error message is a warning that the combination of the equipment and booking number or document number has already been entered in the service before.

If the transport equipment does indeed contain multiple documents, you can click OK and the document pre-notification will be saved. If the document pre-notification with the same information has already been submitted by another party, it will not be saved even after you confirm that you want to add the export shipment.

Every user of the service Notification Export Documentation also has access to the service Track & Trace Export. On the main screen, where all services are listed, go to the service Track & Trace Export.

• If you or someone else within your organisation has submitted the pre-notification, you can look it up directly. The timeline shows which company submitted the pre-notification.
• If you cannot find the pre-notification straight away, you must first add it yourself using the booking number. In the top-right corner, select + Add.
