This error message is a warning when the combination of the equipment and booking number or document number has already been entered in the service before.
If the transport equipment does indeed contain multiple documents, you can click OK and the pre-notification will be saved. If the pre-notification with the same information has already been submitted by another party, even after confirming that you want to add the export shipment, it will not be saved.

Every User of the Notification Export Documentation service also has access to the Track & Trace Export service. In the main screen, where all services are listed, go to the Track & Trace Export service.
- If you or someone else from your organisation has submitted the pre-notification, you can look it up directly. The timeline shows which company submitted the pre-notification.
- If you cannot find the pre-notification straight away, you will need to add it yourself first using the booking number. Select + Add in the top right corner.
