Through Extra equipments loaded, in many cases the missing loading confirmation can be found in the service. You can manually add the found equipments if needed.
Often, the loading confirmation is not visible because it may not be processed correctly. This happens in the following situations:
- If there is a different Call Reference Number or terminal on the loading confirmation, it cannot be linked to the equipment on the manifest.
- If the ‘Call Reference Number’ in the received loading confirmation is incorrect and the vessel voyage details cannot be found either.
