It is possible to manually report the arrival of a transport equipment. Follow these steps:
- Find the export shipment of the transport equipment via the All export shipments button in the Export shipment overview screen. You will need the transport equipment number + booking number or the document number for this.
- Open the export shipment and click on Register arrival of transport equipment(s).
The Arrival at Exit notification will then be automatically sent to Customs.
