Meaning of figures in Hinterland Container Notification Barge & Rail

The figures in HCN Barge and Rail show per rotation or visit how many containers have actually been pre-notified by the barge/rail operator and how many pre-notified containers the terminal(s) expect.

For example: 5/50 means that 5 containers have been pre-notified by the barge/rail operator for the relevant rotation/visit and that the terminal(s) expect 50 pre-notified containers. The figures per rotation are a sum of the figures per visit.

Once the barge/train is in operation, the actual numbers are shown. For example: 2/40 means that 2 containers have actually been loaded or discharged out of the total 40 pre-notified containers on the rotation/visit(s).

The number behind the red warning icon indicates how many containers within a rotation/visit have at least one container status that is not green. This takes into account both pre-notifications and status requests.
