During the disruption
You are responsible for checking whether messages sent just before the announcement of the backup procedure have actually been received.
Notifications to Port of Rotterdam Authority (HbR)
Dangerous goods incoming and in transit
Submit all notifications directly to the HCC.
The 24-hour notification requirement is temporarily reduced to 8 hours.
Report all incoming and in-transit dangerous goods at least 8 hours before arrival by email to the HCC. This can be in any reporting format you have available.
Check yourself whether your notification has been received by the HCC.
Dangerous goods outgoing
Submit all notifications directly by email to the HCC. This can be in any reporting format you have available.
Check yourself whether your notification has been received by the HCC.
Notifications to Port of Moerdijk Authority (HM)
Submit all notifications with a berth in Moerdijk directly to the HM. Use the form from the attachment for this.
Check yourself whether your notification has been received by Port of Moerdijk Authority.
After a disruption
Notifications to Port of Rotterdam Authority (HbR)
You can submit your Dangerous Goods notifications again via the normal procedure.
Notifications you submitted during the disruption must be retrospectively submitted via the PCS to the HCC.

You can submit your Dangerous Goods notifications again via the normal procedure.

Review yourself whether your notification has been received.
After a disruption
All notifications with a berth in Moerdijk that were registered in the PCS before or during the disruption and sent to the Port of Rotterdam Authority will be processed afterwards by the system of Port of Moerdijk.
