During the disruption

Dangerous goods incoming and in transit

All notifications must be submitted directly to the Harbour Master of Amsterdam (HMvA). The 24-hour notification requirement remains in effect for both incoming and transit dangerous goods. You must complete the Notification Dangerous Goods form and send the completed form by email to gsm@portofamsterdam.com. You remain responsible for the review to ensure your notification has been received and accepted by the HMvA.

Dangerous goods outgoing

All notifications must be submitted directly to the Harbour Master. You must complete the Notification Dangerous Goods form and send the completed form by email to gsm@portofamsterdam.com. Details of the outgoing dangerous goods must be reported before departure. You remain responsible for the review to ensure your notification has been received and accepted by the HMvA.

After the disruption

After the disruption, you must still submit your notifications electronically. For questions, you can contact our Customer Service.
