I can't find a shipment in Import Status

If you can't find a shipment or container, there could be several reasons:

  • No information is yet available for the shipment or container within the Import Status service. The cargo details will be available at the latest a few hours before arrival. Please try again later.
  • The shipment or container is not arriving at the terminal you have selected. Select the correct terminal and try again.
  • There may be a typing error in the shipment number or container number you entered. Please check the number and correct it if necessary.
    • Shipment numbers from ferry operators follow this format (SCAC + booking number + sequence number):
      • CLDN: CLVW0012345678001
      • DFDS/KVSA: DFDS123456780001
      • P&O: PONFHU12345678001
      • Stena Line: STNL0012345678001
