The Port Community System (PCS) is unavailable
During the disruption
- Submit your harbour dues declaration using the paper declaration form no later than four days after the departure of the vessel.
- Send this form directly to the Port of Amsterdam Authority, by email or by post.
- You can request the paper form via havengeld@portofamsterdam.com.
- For more information, visit: Port of Amsterdam – Harbour dues and tariffs.
- You are responsible for checking whether your declaration has been received by the Financial Administration department of the Port of Amsterdam Authority.
After a disruption
- You can once again submit your new harbour dues declaration via the PCS.
- You do not need to enter and send the paper declaration you have already submitted in the PCS.

The harbour dues system (Ophelia) is unavailable
During the disruption
