The Port Community System (PCS) is unavailable
During the disruption
Reporting from the PCS is unavailable.
Messages from the terminal are placed in a queue.
You can wait until the disruption is resolved or compare your Discharge List with the discharge confirmation from the terminal yourself.
In the case of an under- or over-discharge, you must wait until the disruption is resolved before reporting this to Customs.
After the disruption
The messages from the terminal will still be processed.
Reporting from the PCS can once again be accessed via the web screens.
The terminal system is unavailable
During the disruption
Messages cannot be sent from the terminal.
You must wait until the disruption is resolved.
After the disruption
The terminal will send all messages to the PCS for processing.
You can view the reports again via the web screens.
