Add accompanying barge operator(s) in Hinterland Container Notification Barge

A co-sailing barge operator can pre-notify containers on a barge visit of another barge operator. The co-sailing barge operator remains the owner of these containers and only sees their own pre-notified containers on the barge visit of the main barge operator.

As a main barge operator, you can add a co-sailing barge operator by selecting one or more co-sailing barge operators on a rotation in the Cargo declarants tab.
