Forgot username for IAMconnected account

Your username is not identical to your email address. You provide the username when creating your account.

There are several ways to find out your username if you have forgotten it:

• When you login, under Need help logging in you will find the option Forgot username? Enter your email address and you will receive your username by email.
• Main administrators and user administrators can look up the username of their users in IAMconnected under User management.
• When you are logged in to IAMconnected, you can see your username in your Profile.
