The Port Community System (PCS) is unavailable
During the disruption: You can request your Discharge Information directly from the bulk agent.
After the disruption: The Discharge Information will once again be visible via PCS.
The Customs system DMF (Customs Manifest) is unavailable
During the disruption: You can request your Discharge Information directly from the bulk agent.
The service Discharge Information reuses the simplified declaration that is submitted to Customs via the service Cargo Declaration Import. When the Customs system DMF is unavailable, this may affect the availability of the Discharge Information data.
After the disruption: The Discharge Information will once again be visible via PCS.
