Indicating transfer of cargo in Cargo Declaration Import

In the import manifest, you must specify this as Transhipment / sea in sea out. The outgoing agent must specify this in the export manifest.

In the IFTMCS, code 27 must be included in the GOR segment. The GOR segment is as follows:

Community cargo GOR++:::C’
Community Transhipment cargo GOR++:::N27+:::27’
Non-community Transhipment cargo GOR+++:::27’
Goods for which a T1 document is on board GOR++:::T1’
