When do I use a CRN number in Cargo Declaration Import?

For the following ports, it is mandatory to manually enter the registered CRN number in Cargo Declaration Import

  • Hansweert
  • Vlissingen
  • Terneuzen
  • Den Helder
  • Ankerplaats Zeeland
  • Breskens

For the other ports, you can search for the vessel using the IMO number or by searching by Name. After doing this, it is also possible to copy a previously submitted voyage.
