Always check who has submitted cargo for this voyage:
You have submitted cargo yourself
Delete the cargo in the Cargo Declaration Import service.
Then resend the SAL to Customs.
Once this is done, you can cancel the voyage.
Another agent has submitted cargo
This agent must delete the cargo themselves in their screen. Contact the agent and ask them to delete the cargo.
Also ask the agent to resend the SAL.
Dangerous goods
Does the system indicate that dangerous goods have been reported on the vessel call?
Find the report via Cargo Declaration Import.
Click on the flame icon to open the report.
Check if another agent has reported dangerous goods; they must delete them in the same way.
Delete the dangerous goods per consignment using the bin icon and save this.
After this, you can cancel the vessel call.
Waste
Does the system indicate that waste has been reported on the vessel call?
In the vessel call, click on the Waste Declaration tab.
You will enter the Waste Declaration screen, where you can delete waste using the cancel button.
Once this is done, you can cancel the vessel call.
