Unsubscribing from (some) notifications from Portbase about disruptions

With every disruption notification, you will also receive information on how to change your notifications.

Email notifications

For email notifications, you will find this option as a link at the bottom of the email: Manage your subscription.

SMS notifications

For SMS notifications, you will receive a separate SMS message when an incident is registered: You can unsubscribe from incident alerts like these at URL StatusPage.

Reset notifications

You can also click the Subscribe button again on Statuspage after entering your email address or phone number. If you were already subscribed with that email address or phone number, you will then have the option to change your notifications: add new ones or delete existing ones.
