Documents are correctly in Hinterland Container Notification Road, but ECT Delta/Euromax does not accept them

You can check via the ECT website whether the document is in the prenotification. If that doesn't work, please contact our Customer Service. It may be that the ECT/Euromax terminal has sent a duplicate APERAK (return message) to Portbase, causing the sequence to be processed incorrectly. In that case, our Customer Service can resubmit the return message to resolve the issue.
