Error message 'Document ... already exists' in Notification Export Documentation

This error message indicates that the document number has already been pre-notified. This could have been done by your own company or by another party, such as the inland operator, the Customs agent or the terminal.

Need more information about the pre-notification?

Every User of the Notification Export Documentation service also has access to the Track & Trace Export service. In the main screen, where all services are listed, go to the Track & Trace Export service. If your organisation has made the pre-notification, you can look it up directly.

If you do not see the pre-notification straight away, you will need to add it first. Select + Add in the top right corner and enter the booking number.
