Select fixed window in Hinterland Container Notification Barge

To make a fixed window appointment in HCN Barge, you must first have a fixed window appointment with the relevant terminal. You coordinate this with the terminal. The terminal then registers this appointment in HCN Barge. Once this is done, you can select the relevant fixed window when creating a visit in the Fixed window field.
