Procedure during disruption – Ship Supplies

During the disruption

• If possible, wait to report your ship supplies until the PCS is available again.

• You do not need to submit a written IMO-3.

• In the event of a review on board, the available storelist is leading.

After the disruption

• As soon as the PCS is available again, you must submit your declaration electronically via PCS as soon as possible.

• For questions, contact our Customer Service.

The Customs System is unavailable

In the event of a disruption in the Customs System, Customs will report this via a service message on odb.belastingdienst.nl. This message will also state whether the backup procedure may be applied.

During the disruption

• You do not need to submit a written IMO-3.

• In the event of a possible review on board, the available storelist is leading.

After the disruption

• As soon as the PCS is available again, you must submit your declaration electronically via PCS as soon as possible.
