The Port Community System (PCS) is not available
During the disruption
Lighter visits can be reported by phone and/or by email to the lighter planning department of the relevant terminal. Unloading and/or loading lists can be pre-reported via the terminal website using the Excel upload. If the terminal does not have this service, pre-reporting can be done by email to the relevant terminal. status information and unloading and/or loading confirmations can be requested via the terminal website or by email. For terminals that do not offer these alternatives, you will need to wait until the disruption has been resolved.
After the disruption
New lighter visits and unloading and/or loading lists can be submitted via the usual procedure. If you are unsure about the processing of your pre-report, you can contact our Customer Service.
The terminal system is not available

The lighter visits can still be pre-reported via Portbase as usual. Unloading and/or loading lists can be pre-reported via the terminal website using the Excel upload. If the terminal does not have this service, pre-reporting can be done by email to the relevant terminal. For terminals that do not offer these alternatives, you will need to wait until the disruption has been resolved. status information is not available in this situation.
After the disruption
New unloading and/or loading lists can be submitted via the usual procedure. If you are unsure about the processing of your pre-report, you can contact our Customer Service.
