Port Community System (PCS) is unavailable

During a disruption

In the event of a disruption in the Port Community System, the terminal will first revert to the stowage plan. If the disruption lasts longer, you can submit the Discharge List by email or via the Excel upload on the terminal's website. If the terminal does not offer these alternatives, you must wait until the disruption has been resolved.

After the disruption

You can submit new Discharge Lists via the usual procedure. Are you unsure whether your Discharge List has been processed? Then contact the Portbase Customer Service.

Terminal system is unavailable

During a disruption

In the event of a disruption in the terminal system, the terminal will first revert to the stowage plan. You can download the Discharge List from the Port Community System or your own system and send it to the terminal by email. If the terminal supports this, you can also use the Excel upload via the terminal website. If the terminal does not offer these alternatives, you must wait until the disruption has been resolved.

After the disruption

You can submit new Discharge Lists via the usual procedure. Are you unsure whether your Discharge List has been processed? Then contact the Portbase Customer Service.

* The content of this list must be identical to the Discharge List you would normally send via Portbase.

** Only in the event of a Port Community System disruption; this is not possible in the event of a terminal system disruption.
