You are personally responsible for the review of messages sent just before the backup procedure was announced.

Notifications to Port of Harlingen

• Dangerous goods incoming and in transit
  All notifications must be submitted directly to the port service. The 24-hour notification requirement for incoming and in transit dangerous goods has been temporarily reduced to 8 hours. You must notify these goods 8 hours before arrival by email to the traffic service. This can be done in any reporting format you have available. Always check yourself whether your notification has been received by the port service.

• Dangerous goods outgoing
  All notifications must be submitted directly by email to the port service. This can be done in any reporting format you have available. You are personally responsible for the review of receipt by the port service.

Notifications to Groningen Seaports (GSP)

• Dangerous goods incoming and in transit
  All notifications must be submitted directly to the NSC. The 24-hour notification requirement for incoming and in transit dangerous goods has been temporarily reduced to 8 hours. You must notify these goods 8 hours before arrival by email to the NSC. This can be done in any reporting format you have available. Always check yourself whether your notification has been received by the NSC.

• Dangerous goods outgoing
  All notifications must be submitted directly by email to the NSC. This can be done in any reporting format you have available. You are personally responsible for the review of receipt by the NSC.

After the disruption

• Notifications to Groningen Seaports
  You can submit your Notification Dangerous Goods again via the normal procedure. Notifications you submitted during the disruption must be submitted retrospectively to the port service via the PCS.

• Notifications to Port of Harlingen
  You can submit your Notification Dangerous Goods again via the normal procedure. Notifications you submitted during the disruption must be submitted retrospectively to the port service via the PCS.
