Before you can send your first Notification Import Documentation (NID) notification to a terminal, you must sign a terminal contract for that terminal. Through this terminal contract, you accept responsibility for the complete and correct pre-notification of your document details to the terminal.
Contact us at sales@portbase.com to sign the correct terminal contract for the desired terminals. The relevant terminals and document types will then be activated for you in the Notification Import Documentation service. Once activated, you can select the terminal.
