The Confirmation of Exit (CoE) is sent by Customs provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- An arrival notification for the document has been sent by the terminal to Customs, and
- An export manifest from the shipping line has been sent to Customs, and
- The ATD of the vessel has been registered with Customs
If you have not receiveed a CoE, a screenshot from our service Notification Export Documentation of Cargo Controller Export is sufficient to still obtain a CoE from Customs. To do so, email your screenshot to Douane.drh.Maasvlakte.Nabewerking@belastingdienst.nl.
After departure of the vessel, the shipping line or shipping agent must submit the manifest within one working day. After this, the CoE is sent by Customs.
