The Confirmation of Exit (CoE) is sent by Customs provided that all the following conditions are met:
- An arrival notification for the document has been sent by the terminal to Customs and
- An export manifest from the carrier has been sent to Customs and
- The ATD of the vessel has been registered with Customs
If you have not received a CoE, a screenshot from our Track & Trace Export service is sufficient to obtain a CoE from Customs. Please email your screenshot to Douane.drh.Maasvlakte.Nabewerking@belastingdienst.nl.
After the vessel departs, the carrier or agent must submit the manifest within one working day. The CoE will then be sent by Customs.
