If changes are still needed after the cut-off time in the final discharge/load list, this can only be done by contacting the terminal directly. The terminal can reopen the discharge/load list in HCN Barge for the barge operator. The barge operator then makes the changes and closes the discharge/load list again themselves using the Finalize Load-Discharge list button.
