Customs must receive the manifest no later than 1 working day after departure of the vessel. Any updates to the manifest must also be received no later than 1 working day after the vessel's departure.
Example 1: The vessel departs on Tuesday – Customs must receive the manifest by Wednesday at the latest.
Example 2: The vessel departs on Friday, Saturday or Sunday – Customs must receive the manifest by Monday at the latest.
If the deadline is not met, we advise you to send the incomplete manifest and contact Customs to explain the reason via Douane.drh.maasvlakte.kwaliteit@belastingdienst.nl.
