Missing equipment from the loading list on the manifest in Cargo Declaration Export Containers

If a piece of equipment is missing from the loading list on the manifest, it is likely that the equipment, along with the booking number, is already listed on another manifest. If your manifest was created via EDI, you can look up this other manifest in the service. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to History in the top right corner.
  2. To check what has happened, you can search by: the equipment, the booking number, or the word duplicaat / duplicate. The word duplicaat indicates that a piece of equipment and booking number have not been added to the manifest because they are already on another manifest.
  3. Using the information under History, you can find the Call Reference Number and terminal. With this information, you can have the equipment removed from the other manifest.
