The service Notification Export Documentation has been rebuilt and is currently being rolled out to all users. The information in this article applies to both the old and the rebuilt service (Notification Export Documentation), with the exception of the location of the template. In the rebuilt service, the template is available under the upload functionality within the service.
If you want to pre-notify multiple documents at the same time, you can use the upload function. Uploading only works with the Excel template. You can download this file in the Port Community System (PCS) via the home screen under My downloads, under the name Import Notifications export documentation.
