Import documentation for groupage shipments

When your shipment is part of a groupage transport, you must pre-notify a document for each shipment. You can see if you are dealing with groupage transport in the service Import Status.

Search for your shipment in the service. If you receive multiple search results, where the last 3 digits of the shipment number differ each time, then you are dealing with a groupage transport. The image below shows an example.

Here you can see the status for each shipment. Ensure that an import document is pre-notified for each shipment. If you have questions about any of the shipments, please contact the ferry operator.
