You must adjust the notification. Customs expects a different format for the MRN number. The MRN may have been copied or entered incorrectly. |

The arrival notification was sent by the terminal more than 7 days ago. |
The terminal must send a new arrival notification to Portbase. See the overview with the terminal’s contact details. There is a difference of more than 7 days between the arrival information from the terminal to Portbase and the arrival notification from Portbase to Customs. |

The document has a status that makes exporting impossible. |
Contact your Customs declarant, Customs department or, if you filed the declaration yourself, Customs. You must adjust the notification by entering a different document number, or the status of the document must be changed. The document has already been used, cancelled or has a different status, making export impossible. |

MRN was rejected because the vessel had already departed. |
You must adjust the notification by entering a different document number. The arrival notification to Customs must always be sent before the export manifest is submitted. Since Customs has already received the export manifest, the arrival notification is rejected. |
