The Port Community System (PCS) is not available
During the disruption
You can request your cargo data directly from the carrier. If you receive the releases from the carrier via Cargo Controller Import (via the Secure Chain) and you cannot wait until the disruption is over, then ask the carrier to withdraw the release via Cargo Controller Import and release the container via the old procedure.
After the disruption
You can use Cargo Controller Import again.
Your own system is not available (API integration)
During the disruption
You can link your B/Ls via the Cargo Controller Import web screens.
After the disruption
You can use Cargo Controller Import again.
