Document not linked to equipment in Cargo Declaration Export Containers

There are two possible reasons why a document is not linked to equipment:

  • The system searches for a match based on the combination of equipment and booking number, but no match can be found.
  • Documents that were entered into the Portbase system more than 150 days ago will not be available to be linked.

In both cases, you can use Link document to (re)link a document based on the equipment.
