If you receive an error message when uploading an Excel file, we recommend downloading the template again.
For the Melding Export Documenatie (NED) service, you can find the template on the main screen where all services are listed. Under Downloads, you'll find the latest template with the Name Invoer Meldingen exportdocumentatie.
For the other export services, the download is available next to the upload function within the service.
