The Port Community System (PCS) is not available

During the disruption

You must pre-notify the discharge and/or load lists and Train composition per email address or via an Excel upload on the terminal website to the terminal. You can request the status information and discharge and load confirmations via email address or the terminal’s website. Does the terminal not offer these alternatives? Then we ask you to wait until the disruption has been resolved.

After the disruption

You can submit new discharge and/or load lists and Train composition via the usual procedure.

The terminal system is not available

During the disruption

Realised Train composition are proactively sent by the terminal via email address. Does the terminal not offer these alternatives? Then we ask you to wait until the disruption has been resolved. status information is not available in this situation.
