Portbase uses a central login system called IAMconnected. Every organisation that uses our services must create an organisation account. Employees must also create an account that is linked to this organisation account.
Create an account
- Go to IAMconnected to create your account. Click on the button Create your own IAMconnected account now.
- Enter all your personal information. The username must be unique. The email address must be a personal, individual email address.
- Complete the CAPTCHA test to verify that the information is not being entered by a robot.
- If all the information is correct, click on Create account.
- After creating your account, you will receive an activation email. Activate your account via the link in the email and set your password. You will then be logged in immediately. The activation email also contains your username. We advise you to keep this email so you can always find your IAMconnected username.
To access the services of Portbase, you must be linked to an organisation. This can be the organisation where you work or are contracted by. Through your IAMconnected account, you can link to one or more organisations and securely log in to the required services. Main administrators at these organisations will need to approve this request first and then provide you with access rights to our services.
