I, as an inspection point, do not see a GGB declaration from my customer in the Veterinary Inspection Process

If the inspection of the GGB declaration has been requested at an inspection station, you will see it directly in the overview screen of the Veterinary Inspection Process service. You can check the following if this is not the case:

• Search by the GGB number or part of it. There may be a typo in the communication.
• Filter by Status Requested if you have not yet performed any status actions on this GGB number.
• Ask the customer if they have selected the correct inspection location.
