If you do not yet see any information about your document pre-notification in the service, it has not yet been done in the Notification Export Documentation service. If you expected the document pre-notification to have already been completed, please contact the party responsible for this.
If a document pre-notification is mandatory, the cargo will not be admitted to the terminal if this has (still) not been done. On this page you can find the overview of terminals for which pre-notification via Portbase is mandatory.
