If you do not yet see any information about your pre-notification in the service, then the pre-notification has not yet been made in the Notification Export Documentation service. If you expected the pre-notification to have already been made, please contact the party responsible for this. Portbase cannot assist with this.
When a pre-notification is required, the equipment will not be allowed into the terminal if this has not yet been done. On this page you can find an overview of terminals where pre-notification via Portbase is mandatory.
