Your T1 Request has been rejected with the following message:
- FTX+ACD+++Authorisation details invalid”
- FTX+AAO++12+PC1.TIN”
In the addresses tab of the Request, under TIN, a valid EORI number has not been used. This is a permit for an authorised consignee. You can apply for the permit for the EORI, or you can use an EORI number that already has a permit. The field is not mandatory, so you can leave it blank.
If you are using new permits, it may be that Customs in Heerlen has forgotten to link the authorised locations to the permits. This can also cause this error message. In that case, you can contact Customs.
