Error message 'GDS(2).Item number:::R007' in Transit Declaration

Your T1 declaration has been rejected with the following message:

• FTX+ACD+++The IE015 message received was invalid”
• FTX+AAO++15+GDS(2).Item number:::R007”

This error message means that the item in box 32 of the declaration has not been entered in sequence. It is likely that an incorrect number was entered manually when filling in multiple items.

Follow these steps to resolve this:

1. Go to View items in Transit Declaration and check whether the sequence number has been entered in order.
2. If this is not the case, manually remove the sequence number and re-enter the good items.
3. The sequence number will be updated automatically.
